About us

ITO Tours began as Hotel Charles in Scheveningen, a popular seaside resort, in 1963. Over the years, we evolved into a leading inbound and outbound tour operator with a bustling office in The Hague. While our outbound department closed in 1979, our inbound team thrived and laid the foundation for our success today.

As a family-run business, we're proud to have Georg Kolarik Sr. on board since the very beginning. Today, we're led by Natalie and Georg Kolarik, who oversee our operations and drive ITO forward. We take pride in our strong partner network across Europe and beyond, offering top-notch ground services in Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as customizable stopovers and comprehensive tours of Western Europe.

In 2018, we expanded our services to the UK market with ITO Tours UK, offering inbound and outbound travel opportunities and an expanded portfolio that includes France, Germany, and a full range of UK products. With over 50 years of experience, we cater to a range of growing markets, including incentives, bespoke tours, and exclusive VIP tours with once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

One of our most significant achievements was providing comprehensive support for 58 presidents, international/governmental organizations, and over 7,000 individuals during their visit to the Dutch Nuclear Security Summit. This experience enhanced our capabilities and reputation as a leading provider of accommodation and logistical support services. We have established strong, collaborative relationships with multiple government institutions, conference venues, and specialized clients, enabling us to manage meeting, incentive, conference and event requests effectively.
